3. Order Acceptance: Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Ordered goods will not be shipped until your payment method is authorized, full payment and shipping and handling costs are received and the order information is verified for accuracy.

13. Your Cancellation: You cannot defer or cancel an order without written authorisation from us. If we authorise the deferment or cancellation of an order, we may charge you a cancellation fee of an amount up to 25% of the value of the Goods;

14. Cancellations and your credit card: If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.
